Evening is a powerful time for spiritual practice. As day turns into night, we open ourselves to the possibilities for rejuvenation and relaxation, reflecting on the day that has passed and anticipating what tomorrow holds. This series will offer an evening practice that integrates yoga and teachings from the Jewish evening prayer service. Drawing from these two traditions, we will prepare the mind, body and spirit to ease into night and ready ourselves for a new morning. Each class will include asana, mindful breathing, and a focus on alignment.
