What is S2K?
Shabbat for 2000 is annually the largest student-run event at NYU and the largest Jewish student event in the country. Basically it looks like 2000 of you and your classmates enjoying a communal dinner on a Friday night...for free.
Who is planning this?
The entire event is sponsored by the Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life at NYU and HillelNYU and chaired by rockstar student leaders Marissa Cinnamon, Mia Appelbaum, and Noah Shapiro. Additionally there are over 50 students serving on planning committees and at least 160 students serving as table captains. Want to get involved? Sign up to be a table captain here!
For more information, feel free to email the student co-chairs. Can't wait to see you there!
