Policy

Room requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date requested; you will be notified of room availability within one week. Reservations are guaranteed only with an e-mail confirmation.

The Bronfman Center is busy, particularly in the evenings. In light of this, we ask that you are considerate of others using the space. Our mission is to make everyone feel at home. Below are some guidelines and suggestions for your visit to the Bronfman Center.

  • Arrive early to ensure smooth set up for your event.
  • Leave the space clean and organized after your event.
    • Return any supplies
    • Throw away your garbage
    • Remove all of your belongings
  • Bronfman Center Student Groups and staff may arrange the use of supplies in the basement; however, we request that the basement remain neat and that extras are returned after your event.
  • All NYU policies regarding conduct on campus are applicable in the Bronfman Center. Click here for a list of NYU policies regarding conduct.
  • All Bronfman Center guests must bring a photo ID to enter the building.
  • Please respect the fragility of the space, particularly the teak wood.

Kosher Food Policy

The Bronfman Center is a pluralistic organization which welcomes a wide range of expressions of Jewish Life; however, we request that only kosher food be served in our building.

Audio/ Visual Policy

AV requests do not guarantee equipment availability. Additional AV charges may apply.

Adjustments to your reservation after it has been confirmed will result in a $50 fee per adjustment.

Location

The Bronfman Center is located at 7 East 10th St. between University and 5th Ave.

You can get here by taking the 4, 5, 6, N, R, to Union Square and walking south to 10th Street. You can also take the 1, 2, 3 to 14th Street Station and walk two avenues East and four blocks south.
