Ready to Book? Simply fill out our Rental Inquiry Form, and a Bronfman Center representative will follow up to confirm availability and guide you through the next steps. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to submit a deposit to secure your date. We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 10 business days in advance to allow sufficient time for approvals and paperwork.

Hours: The Bronfman Center offers rentals primarily during Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (with hours further limited for Shabbat activities and building preparations). Rentals are not available during major Jewish holidays, NYU’s winter recess, NYU closure days, or other designated times throughout the year. Weekend rentals are considered on a case-by-case basis and require advance approval. Please note that all hours are subject to change based on university policies or operational needs. Daytime rentals only—overnight accommodations are not available.

Long-term rentals and full buy-outs: We have several spaces that are ideal for short, medium, and long-term co-working arrangements throughout the year. We are also open to full-building buy-outs during the January and summer academic breaks. Please submit a request on our inquiry form or reach out to Jon at jzeftel@nyu.edu; 212-998-4121.
Amenities: We keep it simple and practical, providing the basics you need for a successful event: tables, chairs, and guest Wi-Fi. Our charming, flexible spaces allow you to design and execute your event as you envision it. Please note that additional services such as AV equipment, catering, or logistical staffing are not provided.
